My back start to have some pain.
My right toe and ankle also have some pain.
I think I not going for rugby match,training
and basketball for this week.

This 2months I have been doing this.
Morning to school.
Afternoon coach Montfort rugby team.
Night went CC to have bball.
What else can I do ?
Haha.
Not everyday the same.
Just that I'm lazy to think what I have done (:
Trying to get back my rugby skill.
I'm going to play back my position as forward.
No more other position!
My skill and stamina is dropping.
So going to train hard as soon as possible.

School start 9am.
End school at 4.30pm
And it from Monday to Thursday.
But if the school is near where I stay,
I can sleep longer.
But it is at Bukit Batok !?!?!?

Wanna Tell About The Redsports Party!
Went for the Redsports party at
Civil Service Club, Tessensohn Road.
Went there with LelandTan,Braxton and Boey.
Was kinda boring.
Reach there meet until Uncle Les.
Finally have chance to meet him.
Went in and sit down and waited for the event to start.
It finally started with 2 crap people.
With their COLD jokes ...
After that prize giving for those winners.
Then it my turn to go up the stage for interview.
Lucky not much Question was ask.
Uncle Les told Alexandria Wong and Me that the special prize is
1 pair of MI Adidas Supernova Customized Running Shoe
with our name on it.
Also get Redsports t-shirt, Adidas water bottle and notebook.
Wohooo so happy to heard that ...
But yet to collect the shoe yet ...
Lazy ...
